The owner can run a plan 300 times over 60 days against assumed customer behaviour and compare it with doing nothing. The assumptions are listed under the result. They are not measurements. The figures on the board above come from a test run on our test fleet.
The agent is open to Dhruvix accounts at agent.dhruvix.com. It runs on our test fleet. WhatsApp delivery and payment links are in test mode, so no customer is messaged and no money moves.

Questions owners ask
I already have GPS. Why do I need this?
Keep your GPS. It shows where a truck is. Dhruvix shows where the money went: which pump, which toll plaza, which route and which customer. It reads the statements your GPS never sees.
What do I have to give you?
A FASTag statement and a fuel card or pump statement to start, as Excel, CSV or PDF. Trip sheets and invoices make the picture fuller. You do not need any new hardware.
My accounts are in Tally. Can you read that?
Not yet. Today Dhruvix reads Excel, CSV and PDF statements. Reading Tally directly is next on our list.
Will my staff need training?
No. The app is in Hindi and English, works on any phone, and you can ask it a question by voice.
Will the agent message my customers without asking me?
No. It starts only when you say yes, it follows the plan you set, and messages above your limit wait for your approval. The agent is in beta and runs in test mode today.
